To be eligible for a return, the product must be kept in its original unused condition, with all original packaging, user manuals, accessories, and included free gifts intact. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping fees unless the return is initiated due to a confirmed product quality defect, or a mistake made by our team when processing and dispatching your order.
All our desktop aroma lamp products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty that covers any functional hardware defects that occur under normal, non-abusive household or office use conditions, starting from the date of delivery.
